Compare

I save a card for my site and for the top three on Google, and open them in a table, side by side.

By hand

Comparing by hand means opening each site, copying data into a spreadsheet and redoing it when anything changes.

How

I save a card of each site while I inspect it and then put them together in a single table.

What

The table lines up each site's SEO, structure, schema, fonts and colors, speed and a capture in columns.

Free & Pro

For free I compare 2 sites and save 3 cards. Until Pro launches, the full comparison and its export are free.

Uses

I export it to CSV or Markdown and use it in a client proposal, before designing or in an SEO audit.

Limits

It doesn't compare traffic, keywords or backlinks: that takes third-party data. I only use what can be read on the page itself.

Questions

I check whether I can compare for free, where the cards are stored and which format it exports.

Next

I move on to the SEO inspector, the design system or pricing.

Waitlist

I want to compare my site with the competition: I join the waitlist to try it among the first.

Why comparing by hand doesn’t work

The problem

You open your website and three competitors’. You check each title with one extension, the headings with another and the fonts with a third. You copy every value into a spreadsheet. The next day, half of it is gone and you have to open them all again.

Tools that compare websites stick to one thing: speed, links or traffic. None of them puts design and SEO in the same table.

02

How it works

4 steps
  1. 01

Open the website and click Save card. The extension saves the title, description, headings, structured data, fonts, palette, Core Web Vitals and a screenshot.

  2. 02

    Repeat for each competitor.

  3. 03

Open Compare and pick the cards. The differences are highlighted.

  4. 04 Pro

Export the table to CSV (for your spreadsheet) or to Markdown (for your report, or to hand it to an AI).

03

What gets compared

What it’s used for

3 uses

Client proposal

Their website against Google’s top three for their service, in one table.

Before you design

Which fonts and colors the industry uses, and what the top-ranking site does.

SEO audit

Who has schema, who has no H1 and who loads slowest.

06

What it doesn’t compare

Limits

Not traffic, keywords or backlinks. Those need third-party data like Semrush’s or Similarweb’s. The comparison only uses what can be read on the page itself.

Frequently asked questions

More questions →
Can I compare my website with my competitors’ for free?

Yes. The free version saves 3 cards and compares 2 websites on screen. To export the table or compare more websites, you need Pro.

Where are the cards stored?

In your browser. They aren’t uploaded to any server and you don’t need an account.

Can I compare pages from the same website?

Yes. Each URL is a card, so you can compare the home page with a service page, or two versions of the same page.

Does it work with websites behind a login?

Yes, as long as you can see them in your browser. The extension reads the page exactly as you see it.

What format does it export to?

CSV, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets, and Markdown, for reports or to paste into a chat with an AI.

Is the speed data Google’s?

It’s from your own visit, measured live. Real-user data (CrUX) will come in a later version.

Which browsers and operating systems does it work on?

Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera and Vivaldi, on Windows, Mac and Linux, from version 1.0. It works the same everywhere because the browser runs the extension, not the operating system. The code is ready to be brought to Firefox and Safari without a rewrite. While it’s in development, things may change.
